A special visitor for the PHA100 in London

The Port of London Authority have recently taken delivery of a brand new Roodberg PHA100 boat hoist, supplied via The Pontoon and Dock Company Ltd. Able, eco-friendly, fuel-efficient and manoeuvrable, this Roodberg hoist, located at Denton Wharf, is able to lift a wide variety of Thames boats. 

Which provides us with this beautiful picture, as the PHA100 travellift was also used for the Gloriana, the royal rowing boat of Queen Elizabeth II. Gloriana, 'the Queens barge' was specially built for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012.
