A trailer to envy

This recently completed 47-ton trailer is heading for the sunshine of Greece! With its 2 catamaran beams, each with a capacity of 20 tonnes, it will be used to help catamarans strolling across the Aegean Sea in -and out of-the water. Lucky bastard!

ROODBERG: A PROUD PARTNER OF KNRM (THE NETHERLANDS RESCUE SOCIETY)

KNRM will replace the Valentijn-class lifeboats for the new Van Wijk-class in the coming years. The Van Wijk boats are named after Riet and Jan van Wijk, the testators who left money for the construction of the first boat in this series.

In places along the coast where there is no port, KNRM has mobile rescue stations; lifeboats that are launched with a vehicle and trailer, via the beach.
